Fully Inclusive:

Our costs are also fully inclusive of all administration so we cover everything from screener writing, booking venues and complete project management including regular updates (good or bad) to sample analysis on list jobs where needed. Our aim, wherever possible, is to roll with the punches and keep our clients happy.

Communication:

You will receive acknowledgement to any enquiry same day and, usually by return. All quotations are sent same day and if, this is not possible, clients are advised.

Supervision:

All commissions are supervised by senior management.

Additional Costs:

We are always mindful of client's costs and keep all prices down to a minimum. Any add on costs are only authorised with client consent. You will never have any shocks when the invoice lands on your desk.

Schedule:

You will receive a complete schedule with every project detailing where, when, what, who and how much, so you will know exactly what is happening.

Repeat Respondents:

We keep a database of all respondents we have recruited (averaging between 8,000 - 10,000 per year) and this is checked against all new projects for the current and preceding year. We can only police our own projects, of course, but you will not have the embarrassment of repeat respondents.

Respondent Profiles:

As long as we are given a normal time frame to expedite recruitment (normally ten working days) you will always receive complete respondent profiles 48 hours before the research. If the requirement is quick turn round we will inform you, at point of commission, when profiles will be available.

Summary Details:

We also have some of the most comprehensive summary details in the business, so that you are fully prepared and immersed in the respondent profiles before the research.

Problems:

In the unlikely event of an issue arising from the recruitment, we will respond quickly and do all we can to address your concerns and deliver our clients a successful outcome.
