Terms of payment are 14 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices quoted are subject to VAT.
Viewing Options will accept no responsibility for delays caused by weather, transport, difficulties or other circumstances beyond its control.
Viewing Options shall in no circumstances be liable for any failure or defective working of audio or visual equipment or for any subsequent loss or cost incurred.
In the event of a dispute arising from a booking, the maximum liability awarded by Viewing Options shall be no more than the value of the studio hire fee for the booking.
Cancellation fees & postponement fees will apply to all confirmed bookings cancelled or postponed within the following periods:

Postponement charges will only apply if an alternative date is booked otherwise the booking is treated as cancelled.

The use of the words 'working days' should be defined as a full standard working day of 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. For example, cancelling a booking on a Monday for a Friday constitutes 4 working days.
The above percentage costs are only that of hiring the studio. Catering charges will only be made if cancellation/postponement is made on the same day as the research.
